AARP Eye Center
I received my free power adapter for my renewal of my AARP membership a week ago. We cannot get it to work. We have plugged in our phones but there is no sign that they are connected.
I think ours is defective. Could you please send me one that works. I should be able to see on my phone that it is connected, right?
