Membership Drives - too many

I keep getting membership drives in the mail way before my membership dues expire and one month after I have already paid my dues.  This is very disconcerting to me, as I then have to go through my records to find out when I had renewed my membership, as I do not remember the month from year to year.  I see this as a big waste of money spent needlessly on mailings, and I would like it to stop.  I only want to receive a renewal notice one month prior to my expiration date, and NEVER after I have just paid my membership.  Usually after I have paid my membership I get a free gift offer letter for renewing my membership.  I don't appreciate this.  The free gift membership drive should have come a month prior to my membership expiring.  Please take me off of your multiple membership drive list and put me down for only receiving a membership renewal notice the beginning of October each year.  Tired of the constant mailings asking for membership dues.  This makes me think AARP is very wasteful of our membership dues.

@Wintersville  We appreciate your membership! I can adjust your mailings for you. Please reach out in a private message https://aarp.info/47hWcl7  with your membership information, so I can locate your account. Thank you!  Jodee R.
