movie registration arrives in French

Sometimes when I register for an AARP online/streaming movie for adults, when I use the link to start watching the movie, that web page is in French instead of English.   

I causes problems and I am not able to watch the movie.

Why does this appear in French language?

I did not find a "match" to my situation.

The next time I register for a movie, I will try to gather more details.

Note--- in the FAQ about "requirements for Windows computers",...I wonder if it should include Windows 11.
