Instant Win

Just tried the instant win for $10 Dominoe's, the wheel did not even spin but said I did not win and took the 50 points. It didn't spin. I can see if it spined and there was not three in a row but it didn't move at all.

I spun a few days ago, it was the TJ Maxx.  I was surprised the TJ Maxx card showed on all three columns yet I did not win anything.  I was unable to capture the image so I have no proof of this.  I think I won one card since they made it a casino looking thing.  It appears you only win when three of the gift cards show up so if you get three of anything else, too bad, so sad.
