I wonder how much of our hard earned AARP MEMBERSHIP FEES are being spent to SPONSOR the 2024 USA Rolling Stones Tour?
It would be interesting to hear from AARP'S staff the answer to that question....... but I bet you won't.
I think sponsorship deals are great, BUT...
"American Association of Retired Persons"
Apparently there are no still active American bands that might represent 😕?
Just saying, imo, an org representing me as an American Senior might consider American Artists on their tours FIRST, then the Stones... (honestly, can't ever watch Mick again; grossed out in the 70s; never again...)
(fyi, not one of the MAGA persuasion; probably will be ex-pat by this time next year; just really think there are other options for this type of sponsorship; that's all I'm writing...)
I'm thrilled that AARP is sponsoring the Rolling Stones. It's a win-win situation!
Hi, Paul! Who provided this info? I ask as I'd like to ask them why an American Association is not sponsoring an American music icon band...
As I wrote in the original chat regarding this: "I WONDER HOW MUCH AARP IS SPENDING TO SPONSOR THE ROLLING STONES"
this could have been an American band, so would like to address whomever provided this to you.
Thanks in advance!
