How Do I Do Crosswords Without a Keyboard?

I installed the app so that I could play games more easily than through the browser. When I went to start a crossword puzzle, I had no keyboard. When I turned it to the side, the screen didn't orient itself. Why can't I access the keyboard?

Hi JohnS950149. The keyboard for the crossword games will load automatically when the game starts. If the keyboard isn't loading for any of the crossword games, please try uninstalling and reinstalling the AARP Now app. Let me know if that helps. - Brandon C.
