AARP Hearing Center
First, to be clear---I appreciate AARP and all the various advocacy and policy engagement activities, as well as the car and health insurance....so I renew automatically......I'm writing however, because the free gift, well, it fell apart on the first use---and I'm wondering if anyone else had the same issue....frankly it's really just cardboard is VERY flimsy......I know it was a "free" gift so it's strange for me to complain....I just wish it were of MUCH higher quality so that I could use it----and also let people know that AARP is always high quality....
Thanks!!!

There are things over the years that I still use, almost all of them actually, are not very good quality. But like you said, it’s a freebie. I didn’t renew every year for the freebie gift they throw in, but utilize them. I have what looks like a red pizza delivery tote in my trunk to insulate groceries when I shop. Several organizers when I go on trips. Yes, they are of inferior quality. But, hey.
I do agree with you that a bit better material could send a message. 😉
