Entering Fall Sweepstakes

Anyone else having trouble entering this sweepstake? It wants me to register or log in. I log in and it just loops back asking me to register again. If I try to register it tells me I am already registered. It never takes me to where I can enter the sweepstake! Just keeps looping back.
