Don't meet eligibility for AARP Rewards

I am trying to sign into AARP rewards to purchase some gift cards and when I go in there I get a screen with the message 

 
"We're Sorry. Your information does not meet our eligibility requirements."
 
I have an AARP membership, so what other eligibility do I need?
