How do I change my online user profile? AARP made a mistake when setting up my account and the made the membership in my husband's name instead of mine. I have been trying to correct the problem myself in the online account instead it shows that Norman is me when in reality it is my account. (My name is Tussin Neilson) It is really frustrating when it is assumed that the husband is the primary account holder instead of them checking first. The payment came out of my personal account without his name, I set it up in my name and they still made a mistake. I would really like to know how to correct this problem. I called the 1-800 number but they were closed on labor day.
