Defensive Driving Course

 I took a classroom driving course 11/14/23. To date I have not received my certificate to submit to insurance company. After many calls to 866-732-4213, the only answer is that the papers from the instructor have been lost or processing center unable to process. This is terrible service and no one wants to take care of it.
