I've asked for a refund on several occasions haven't received it to this day. This started in April of 2025 I was sent a email stating that my refund would be sent in 3 days here we are into late August. Every time I call an agent tells me that someone will call me in 3 days. My question is way is necessary for them to call me before sending my refund when they've sent me a email stating they would send refund. They've sent me down a rabbit hole on more than 4 occasions. This company is so quick to take your payment seems to take forever to refund your money.

Why are you wanting me to send a private message? I've made several calls I've spoke to several representatives. I've also received emails stating that I will receive a refund. This has been going on since April 2025 I have yet to receive a refund. my last call was on August 13, 2025
