Can’t redeem points at all for sweepstakes

I keep getting an error when I submit points for sweepstakes.  It’s been happening over the last couple of weeks.

Guess I will get it fixed or not when I can.  The main things are not the sweepstakes, but it was disconcerting.  Thanks for the replies.

Just a forewarning.  I was unable to redeem for 122 days until it was fixed.  Good luck.

i am a new member and got this message the first day.  I reached out for help and got put on the 10 day escalation list  Friday will be the ten days, I do not expect miracles and I probably will have to terminate my membership and get a refund if this is how they treat their members.

That 10 day thing is a bunch of crap.  I was told 5 or 6 times about the 10 day thing until I finally got a response.  Then the problem continued anyway.

Contact the CEO, at HQ in DC.  Might get a better look-see, if that was the pathway people went.
