amyr161352, On behalf of AARP, I'd like to extend our sincere condolences on your recent lost. We can certainly transfer the membership to your name. We will need your full name and address including zip code and your spouse's name and we'd be happy to update the membership. Thank you, Nadine T.

Hello @AARPConsumerCare , is it possible to remove Amy's @AmyR161352 address from your site? Now she is alone after losing her husband (posted this info) I WORRY her address will be used by the SPAMMERS who lurk on THIS SITE. She needs to be kept SAFE. @GailL1 had asked you to do this 3/25/25. TODAY is 4/2/25 and her info is still on THIS SITE. Gail thank you SO MUCH for trying to keep us SAFE!!! 💛

Thank you for looking out for me. I did not want to post my information publicly like that but did not seem to have an option. I am surprised you did not get a reply from AARP to remove my content as you requested. I did figure out how to delete the message. Unfortunately it did not delete the addition to your request. Can you do that? I appreciate your help and concern.

Amy @AmyR161352 , I am tagging the AARP Moderator @DarrylL35959 in the hope he will DELETE your thread. I have NO idea why Nadine T. of AARP @AARPConsumerCare asked you to POST your address on THIS SITE. They usually ask members to send this info via AARP Private Messaging (PM).
Take care,
Nicole 👵

Thank you, Amy. I did add you as the secondary on the membership before removing Jonathan from the membership. You are now the primary on the membership. Please allow up to 6 weeks for your name to start appearing on your mailings and publications. The membership is valid until, 3/31/2027. I've ordered you a membership card and it should arrive in the mail within 4 weeks. You can click on the following link for instructions on how to print a digital copy of the membership card to use until the hard copy arrives in the mail.
