AARP Now Health Sync does not work with Apple Health

I have contacted AARP several times on this issue and have not received a response. I have the Iphone 15 with IOS 18.6.2.  Starting about 8 months ago, the health sync has not worked. I have restarted phone, uninstalled/reinstalled AARP Now app, etc, etc.  Whenever I choose Sync Apple Health from the AARP app, it gives me a message to download the app, even though I am already in the app.  This is a glitch that has not been fixed.
