Having the same problem, AGAIN!    Couldn't enter the sweeps last month and it's happening again this time.   I have followed all the suggestions that the community concierge has offered and still getting nowhere.   Shame on you AARP for not fixing this.

@j265011n What happens when you follow the instructions? Are you getting an error message? If you are getting routed back to the home page, please clear your browser's cookies and cache, logout and close all browser windows. Then open a fresh browser and login to aarp.org and click the sweeps link again: https://www.aarp.org/getawaygiveaway

@pinjoh @N57 @BetteJ462990  This is a legitimate giveaway and I invite you to check out the official rules and alternate entry methods here: https://aarp.promo.eprize.com/getawaygiveaway/public/COMPILED/en/fulfillment/rules.429951f04df51ac8a...

I have followed the instructions, checked out the help topic on the GetAway GiveAway, tried everything you suggested in your reply, and all I have accomplished is to find 19 ways to get to https://www.aarp.org/. No error messages. No registration form popup. Just the home page.

Whatever you do, DON'T consider the fact that there might be a problem on your end! I'm sure all the 'Thumbs Down' feedback is just from idiots that don't know how to use their computers.

I'm having the same problem. What's up with this, is it a legitimate contest or a scam? If it's legitimate, fix the link so people can actually enter...

I wondered about this "sweepstakes".  Though the address and site certainly looks authentic enough, I question its authenticity.  There is nothing on the AARP website about this as I would expect.  The wording is odd as well.  They say that the prize is a vacation but there is nothing that describes it at all. In the sweepstakes rules it describes the prize as a $25,000 check.  That in itself seems strange.

I'm concerned that it is a scam.

There is a link at the bottom of the Rewards page, but it just brings you to the main page.

Please fix this! Also make your IT people double check all links before sending them out in email!
