Hi - I see that my issue is not new given the past posts about the same…I keep encountering earn activities - typically games - that don’t reward points upon successful completion. It’s not always the same game although Codewords and Scramble Words seem to be the most frequent problems. Sometimes it’s Hurdle or something else.
Basically, that pop-up at the bottom of the screen that says “yay you’ve earned points … yadda yadda yadda …” just doesn’t appear, and no transaction shows up in my activity so it’s like i haven’t played at all on that day, although i have - and most times i win or get very high scores (so that’s not the issue…) trying the hack - hitting “play again” - infrequently works to remedy this issue anymore.
AARP team, can one of your engineers please fix this bug for us? Does anything happen on your end when this error occurs? Wondering if someone can also manually add the outstanding points to the account if so? Or give us a very simple one - 2 click way to request missing points ? thanks!
Hi, @OldGiftedAndBlack According to the Customer Service post recently about the Memorial Day Weekend inability to earn points, they point us toward the Terms Of Service. It’s an old cya fallback. So, I think you may be out of luck.🤔
