new policy on game play points

 I regularly play games on this site, and about half the time, I do not receive the points for playing Codeword. Occasionally other games don't give me points, but Codeword is the worst. In the past, I would just contact by chat and get my missing points. But today I was informed that the policy has changed, and they are no longer awarding points that are missing for game play.

To be clear, I am always logged in, since I also get points for a couple of other games played before and after Codeword. I have tried other browsers, cleared my cache - same result. I refuse to clear my cookies, since all that does is delete my game playing history. 

I have been a member for over 20 years, and am renewed for another 10, but at this point, the only real benefit I use is the points for sweepstakes entries, which I have never won! So, really, what is the point? That money could be used somewhere else that benefits me more.

‘I’ve complained for almost a year with this problem. Arkadium response working on it, don’t ask again as your ticket is registered, we’ll get back to you. (Not exact response but close) The only thing I get is crickets. AARP hasn’t been anyhelp. Good luck!!!!

 Thanks for your reply. As an update, last night I logged out of my account, and this morning, when I logged back in, it had lost all my month long game play for games that do a cumulative score, similarly to when you clear cookies. And, It made no difference for Codeword, which did not award me the points again today. 

You are right, some things will never be fixed. I am not sure why I expected AARP to be any better. I think I may start frequenting Arkadium more.
