aarp rewards mahjong dimensions will not load

For the past 24 hrs, I have not been able to get AARP Rewards Mahjpng Dimensions to load.   There is just a "Loading" notation where the game board should appear.  Have tried removing cookies, restarting...  any ideas?

Hi, Lynne - my device is a Dell Inspiron 15 1 TB running on Windows 10.  I access the game site on FireFox which is up to date.   The ONLY game I cannot play is AARP Rewards Mahjongg Dimensions.  I can play spider Solitaire, Word Hurdle, Toy Mahjong, etc etc.       I have tried clearing cookies, restarting, etc.  I also have looked at my ad blocker, but even when I allow ads on the AARP Rewards Mahjongg Dimensions site, the game just keeps pulsing with the grayed word "Loading."     Any advice appreciated.  My dues are current through this Dec since this is a member only game.... I even tried to renew my membership yesterday just in case, but could not find a link online to renew!!!  Am getting more disenchanted with AARP; your help appreciated.

my Dell is a laptop.   Firefox version is 115.0 (64 bit).   Lynne,  I just tried my Chrome browser and was able to play the game.  So it is a Firefox issue.    I prefer to use Firefox, but I can go to Chrome so I will do that.    Thanks...  Ruth
