Is anyone else having MAJOR PROBLEMS accessing games?

Having the same problem on my iPad.  Mahjong ok, but Word Wipe says “ “loading” and never loads.  Tried accessing from recently played which occasionally works, but then doesn’t work……

Yes.  I am having issues as well.  Many of the issues are the ads that they flood us with.  That is a major issue that slows everything down and even causes many errors. They are well aware of the issues.  Many of us have reached out to them.

Definitely, for at least four days. I haven't been able to play most of the games I've tried. System just says "something went wrong".

Yep. Random games display "Something went wrong" before the page loads. Some work, some don't.  Maybe an ad problem?

The few games I play here are working, but some look distorted (wider and narrower than usual).

Me too, I have been having issues for the last two days. The issue seems random; the games will work sometimes, and when I come back later they don't work and vice versa.

 

I only play on the web using a windows 10 laptop, and a windows 11 desktop. I have no idea if the same issues are happening with any mobile platforms.

I have tried many different ways to open the reward games. I log out of AARP and back in again, I refresh, I switch browsers, and the issues remain random. It took all day today (Monday, 2 March) to get each of the games to finally load correctly so I could get the points. I literally spent most of the day trying to open all the games. I know, it sounds a bit excessive, but I have a routine and I love playing the games for the rewards.

 

Anyway, I hope it gets fixed soon. I'm not feeling confident that the issues are being addressed, or even known.

This morning, I am having some games say, “something went wrong” — playing on iPad using the app.  Ironically, I was able to play WordWipe and got 600 points for doing so, but went to play other reward games and now get that message.  Logged out, logged back in, still doing it.

The pages are not loading properly for me.

 

Update Sunday: Codeword not loading properly, played the game but got no points.

Hurdle and Scramble Words worked okay for me.

This seems to be happening when I use Chrome browser, but not with Edge.
