Saying Goodbye to Syllacrostic

Thank you so much for being part our community at AARP Games! We wanted to let you know we are retiring one of our games to help make room for some exciting new ones.

Syllacrostic is no longer available to play.

If you’re looking for a new favorite, keep an eye on the AARP Games page, where we announce our frequent new game launches. (We bet you’ll love some of our latest games: the classic card game Gin Rummy,or Hex Puzzle Adventure!)

Thank you again for keeping play in your life with AARP Games. We’ll see you on the leaderboard!

They posted it was gone in December November @NichelleT137440 .  All of these Arkadium games that AARP hosts here, can be played on their website for free there.  Just google Arkadium

NO! PLEASE reconsider. Syllacrostic was my very favorite. Over the years I've been using this site, this was a relatively new game -- why kill it rather than some older, more tired games? "Making room" for other games isn't a reasonable excuse -- this is not a closet full of boxed games. It's digital -- there's room!

Wow! I am not understanding of this decision to remove Syllacrostic from AARP Games. It is wrong to take away a game that sparked and increased brain activity to seniors who like a game with enough challenge and variety of words to make it fun and engaging. For me and many others this was a very welcoming and enjoyable word game. The countless home users should have been given a voice and been heard how this would have affected them. This never should have been solely a "business" decision.

What was this decision actually based   on?

If there is any to bring it back, your faithful players will certainly appreciate it. I used to save it for last, because it was my favorite

Very disappointed!!  A quality app.  Played it a lot and every day.  Really made me use my brain.  Please bring it back.  Hard to believe this was at the bottom of the app barrel.

I'm extremely disappointed that I can no longer play Syllacrostic at the AARP Games website. It's a game I looked forward to playing every day and I found it quite challenging.  Please reconsider this action as I am sure that there are many others who enjoyed playing this game daily.

I'm really disappointed that you removed Syllacrostic. It was one of the games I played every day. First you removed Jigsaw Blast, and now this. I've tried some of the new games, and I don't find any of them "exciting." I have no interest in emoji games or card games. There are still a few games here I'll play daily, but I'll be looking at other websites for my morning games fix.

Yes, Syllacrostic is the best game and makes you think.

Some of the new games are boring.
