Is AARP Rewards app down?

1. I received a message upon login to app stating "undergoing unscheduled maintenance." This has been going on for days. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

Can anyone from AARP website give us an update on when rewards will be back up?

Probably not. If you look online, it's not just AARP. All Merkle/HelloWorld hosted instant win games are down on all sites that use them. They will have to fix the problem, not AARP, and so far they aren't even publicly admitting they know about it, apart from the "down for maintenance" messages on all their sites. Personal guess is they got hacked and it's bad. After all, when they got hacked last time they took a whole year to tell anyone.

Yes, it has been under maintenance since before the Labor Day weekend!

Just seems to be taking a long time to fix, whatever the issue is. Unscheduled maintenance must mean a problem occurred. Hope they did not get hacked.

Based on how badly the site was working, it looked to me to be a major bunch of errors by the IT department (former IT guy for Microsoft). It usually has issues every start of the month for the 'extra credit' stuff, but this time there were many issues.
