Having trouble playing this game. When I hit play, my screen goes black. All the scores show 0 before I hit play also. How can this be fixed. I’d really like to play this game. Janet

 just reproduced that same situation with the screen going black on a tablet.  Ironically when I turned the tablet the screen loaded perfectly.  Closed and tried again black screen and then turned tablet and it loaded.  Not sure if your on a tablet, but if so maybe try.
