Crossword Points missing and Promo code not working

I never received my crossword puzzle points this morning-the message said check later, but still no points. I also just tried the promo code for today and it says not recognized. What's up with points today??

I would appreciate receiving my crossword puzzle points from 10/18/22. When I finished the puzzle, a message appeared saying to check back later as they were having problems. Isn't 3 days long enough? I realize it is only points, but it is my points earned. Help, anyone??
