The crazy bids by my computer partner is making is frustrating. And because of the crazy bids, we lose every hand. I tried playing Outspell, but that is pretty frustrating too with the computer blocking all the triple word squares. I seriously don't know how people are getting all these high scores.
I tried the Advanced Bridge and it was no better. My 'partner' bid 4 Clubs and didn't have a single club lol. I usually pass on playing games on AARP because I find them to be more annoying than fun. I stick mostly to the NY Times Wordle and the Crosswords on FOX. 🙂 I do come back to AARP occasionally to see if anything has changed for the better, but sadly no.
I gave up on Bridge, Daily Crossword and Outspell a long time ago, for the very reason you brought up. I also don't know how some people get 16,200 points on Hurdle. I knew a man that cheated and copied all the answer and entered them on the first line and still only got 10,800.
About Hurdle, I read somewhere long ago that people had 2 accounts and used their phone to get the right words then use those words on their computers to get the high score. To much trouble for me when the prize is 0.
As long as you get the words right you get the points, no matter what your score is.
I really wonder about people our age that cheat. I'm going to have some explaining to do when I go but I'm sure not going to have to explain about cheating on a game on AARP when the prize is 0. That would be 2 marks against you, one for cheating, one for being stupid.
Papaw @papawofboo , I think some folks get a "high" off cheating. 🙄 Take care my friend, Nicole!

Lori @LoriJ210463 , you are indeed a "wise" lady!!! 👍 The way I look at it at age 67 = AARP is NOT going to "change" NO matter how many of us "post" about this "issue" that has been going on for YEARS. Time to ENJOY what "time" we have & ENJOY what we can with AARP - if anything. 🙄 There are some really "cool" folks here on the Community Board & I do ENJOY "chatting" with them. Take care, Nicole!

Hannah @HannahJ96796 , I don't know IF you have seen past posts about this. AARP's response has been = it is possible = NO cheating involved. Lol, I AVOID the games, my blood pressure already high at age 67. Take care, Nicole!
