Lift the ban on playing military taps in public

Military taps are forms of music to honor our veterans and for those who pay tribute to those who died while serving our country.  We need to make sure that our city leaders keep their hands off of our music that supports our veterans.  The buglers and trumpeters who play the taps are showing a ton of support for our veterans.  Signing this petition is your way of showing your support for those who have fought for all of us.
