Scheduled Maintenance 12/16/2021

AARP Rewards will be conducting maintenance today, Thursday, December 16, 2021 between 3-5 pm ET.  

Users will not be able to engage with some Rewards pages and some earn points pages at this time.  Users will be able to access quizzes and videos to earn points during this time.

Thank you for posting about the access to quizzes and videos to earn points during this time of Scheduled Maintenance.

Maybe others can access these earning opportunities.  Unfortunately, using Chrome on a laptop, I am unable to pull up an Earn page to watch videos or take quizzes for points.  I was able to get a quiz or two completed, but, as soon as I needed the next page it gave me the message: 

"AARP Rewards is currently undergoing scheduled maintenance"

I would think this is out of your hands and thanks for posting about it here anyway. Also, I saw notice of Scheduled Maintenance on the Rewards pages before 3PM ET.

It is still helpful that you posted to the Community, too.  So, thanks!
