SUCCESS !! EXCELLANT Scheduled Maintenance 7/19 -7/20

Well happy days are here again !! 😁😁
My wife and I just completed all of our activities for today for the 7500 pts, which included entering the Instant Wins, three Sweepstakes, 8 videos,12 quizzes and 1 promo code without a single “technical difficulty”. 🤪🤪
After months and months of numerous frustrating errors, glitches, AND technical difficulties AARP finally listened to its PAYING members and has replaced the entire IT/support/technical Team ??
They have evidently been replaced with some very knowledgeable individuals who In just only one maintenance episode have shown this program can operate without chaos.

This is proof the previous support team had no clue on how to manage and operate this program. 😩😩
Again congratulations to AARP for doing the RIGHT THING by bringing on board a new technical support team. 🥳🥳

Bill must be on to something because this makes 2 days, that’s right two whole wonderful days without the first glitch, error, technical difficulty or sorry no points ect ect ect.
Such a joy to complete all my activities without all the nonsense.

I have been a member of AARP for 12 years now and have participated in both of the rewards program and do not remember a single time especially a 2 day stretch without some major problem. 😱 😱
I don’t purchase any of the discount gift cards 🤢 offered by AARP so I cain’t speak to the checkout malfunctions that have continued to plague so many members for god knows how long, but something tells me it ain’t fixed yet.
Maybe someday, you think ????  🤞🤞🤞🤞

Maybe this new support team will figure it out 👍👍

Well it definitely appears we do have another support team working non stop to keep this program running like a fine tuned watch. Amazing that we have completed 9, “yippee” wonderful error free days so far.
I knew it was possible, just took the right crew to get it done. 
Hey, and BTW we now have our 7 Instant Wins back

What about the gift card purchasing problem we were experiencing forever so long ??? Has that been resolved ???
I haven’t seen or heard any complaints that members are still having problems with buying gift cards.

It’s a shamalamadingdong day 🤪🤪🤪
