Anyone else having issues with AARP points incorrectly posting after completing all extra credit activities? For example, a video should get 450 points, not the usual 300 points.
This is a problem since late March. I opened a help ticket with AARP on 4/21 and it's still not fixed as of 5/19. I've called 3 times and was told my ticket would be escalated and someone would contact me. Still nothing. I also posted this problem in several surveys. No response.
Many videos - especially the career videos - stop midway through playing and/or don't provide points at the end of the video.
No one at AARP seems empowered to resolve this. The process is broken. Super disappointing since rewards are my favorite part of AARP membership. The website has too many glitches and the good rewards are discontinued (Holland America and groceries).
If anyone has a direct contact at AARP who is willing to solve this issue, please share.

Yes, same issue. I went to do my usual games for points and they were all were less then normal. Today was the first time I saw that. However, I just played the first game and although it says 200 points, I actually did earn 300.

To be honest Nancy @NancyG555282 , as far as your question about the EXTRA credit points - I have NOT been checking.
I have NOT watched any career videos, so have NO feedback on that issue.
Hopefully, they can get things fixed for you soon.

Don't hold your breath, fixing ANY errors in this program is an extremely low priority with this bunch of loonies, even the ones they themselves are deliberately creating.
