It says "new" daily activities, but the video activities listed for today are not new.  I did these last week and got the regular 300 points for them, so if they are now offered for more points, I have missed out on that (I can't see how many points they are being offered for today, since I completed both videos last week, so I just see a checkmark and not the point value for the videos).

Wow, Teri!

Earlier today the surprise was that points (double, 900 points) could not be obtained (please see below). Now a second surprise: the same quiz is at 450 points and not double-point at all.

2 surprises in a day. We are blessed!!!!

(Nobody says that a surprise needs to be pleasant afterall.)

Where are the surprises? Each day I’ve logged in and searched for said surprises to no avail. And I’ve certainly not seen any 900 point opportunities. How am I missing these?

@AARPTeri

Why am I not surprised. I completed the FIRST 900 POINTS QUIZ

“”STAY SAFE IN THE SUMMER HEAT””          IMG_0654.jpeg

& get

“”SORRY NO POINTS THIS TIME. YOU HAVE ALREADY COMPLETED THIS ACTIVITY””

BULL_S**T

Here again is a perfect example of the lunatics working in tech support, they deliberately fix it so you can’t complete the activity or you get an error.

For that same activity, after completing the quiz for the 1st time and getting 100% right, I got:

Sorry, no points this time.

You didn't earn any AARP points because you already completed the activity.

Of course the badge showing 900 was there before doing the quiz and is still there after completing the quiz!

AARP Rewards is just hopeless!

Hi a170938b. I understand how frustrating it can be when you receive the no points message. I've sent you a private message, so we can check your AARP Rewards account to see why you didn't receive your points. Thanks for being part of AARP Rewards. - Brandon C.

Hello AARP@ConsumerCare Brandon C

You didn’t mention me in your post about not receiving my 900 points. Do you just reply to random members.

My post was @4:24 am on 5/21/2025. That’s OK because you can’t help any of us anyway.

Do you feel any remorse when you get your paycheck,

I hope you do because

I did not receive the points because it was not possible to receive the points, at least then. Customer care (on the phone) has recognized and reported the problem.

Sorry Brandon C. but I cannot let you enter my account. I have learned from bitter experience that it is very unwise to do so (In a previous encounter with the online

consumer care,  I was lied to, gaslighted, lost 44,000 points and the escalation that had been initiated on my behalf was closed down; twice.)
