I have been trying to earn points by doing quizzes. On a lot of quizzes before I finish and submit, the quiz resets and I have to start over on the same quiz. Occasionally, this happens several times on one quiz. If it does, I usually quit and stop trying to do quizzes.
I have cleared memory and I have even changed devices. I have checked my internet speed.
And this has happened to me at different times during the day.
it gets very frustrating. Any suggestions?
I do a couple quizzes a day to earn points and I have never had a quiz reset. But since it doesn't matter if the answers are correct or not, I usually just guess at an answer, see if I got it correct and check out the correct answer if I didn't, and then go on to the next question. So I finish the quizzes pretty quickly, and I don't know if the issue might be related to how long it takes to finish the quiz.

Over the years of reading AARP Janelle's (now retired), "helpful" responses to ISSUES = certain activities do better on a computer & with Chrome.
I use to have a LAPTOP years ago, but with "retiring" DIDNOT "replace" it.
There are SOME things this AARP Community Board & AARP Rewards Site will NOT let me do using my Android Cell Phone. 😞
Lol, I use to get "upset & frustrated" but with aging finally no longer "sweat" the small stuff.
Either way, I hope this member can get their "issue" RESOLVED. 🤞 It may mean using a DIFFERENT device & browser.
Another thing "may" also be whether they are using the famous AARP app. I DONOT. Already have way too much on my Android Cell Phone screen. Again, some things work on the app & nowhere else.

[6/27/26] @J896552 , what device & browser are you using? I do ALL the quizzes EVERY month & have NEVER had any issues. I am using Chrome on my Android cell phone. You may want to CALL the AARP Rewards Customer Service as only AARP Teri frequents this AARP Community Board (posts info about games & contests). Their phone number is (866) 451-6305.
