Quiz Responses not Registering

There are 2 75-point quizzes that are not awarding points. The buttons to respond seem different than usual.

The quizzes are

1) Primary care visits during covid-19

2) Keep loved ones safe as stay-at-home orders lift

Anyone else having this issue?

Update: Quiz 2 seems to have disappeared.
