Today I played by clicking on the ULTA instant win link.
A message came up saying there were system delays, and to try again later.
I waited a bit, clicked on the ULTA instant win link again, and it says:
"You've already played today! Come back tomorrow for another chance to win."
But I haven't "already played today", I had previously encountered the above "system delay" error message (instead of saying if I lost or won).
Please advise?

This is not a new error when playing the Instant Win games. This error has been occurring for many months, and I have posted complaints on other threads about it. Points are deducted without being able to actually play. If you get this error, "you didn't win"... this was the reply I got from AARP Admin.
