Fitbit points

Not sure why, but AARP did not apply reward points for my 30 Fitbit miles last week (I actually had 32).  I've been getting my daily steps points and all others, without issue for months now, so there is no syncing issue. The points for  weekly mileage exceeding 30 miles is usually applied to my account on Sunday mornings, but I've yet to see any points for the 32 miles I did last week. Can one of you Administrators please apply an adjustment for me?
