Expiring Points and Current Redemptions

Is anyone else experiencing more points expiring than earned for a one month period in the year 2020?

Every point being used for redemptions in March 2021 should be deducted from Unused Points Earned in March 2020.  This isn't happening as per guidelines.  If it was, for every points redemption made this month the expiring points should be decreased.

@AARPTeri could you explain why more points expiring than earned for a (1) month period in 2020, and why current March 2021 points used aren't being deducted from oldest points set to expire.

Anyone else noticed or having this problem, or is it just me?
