Error Message After Taking a Quiz

I am getting the following error message after taking a Quiz.

 

We are experiencing a delay in awarding your points.  Please check you transaction history.  Thank you for your patience.

 

My transaction history shows that I did take the quiz, however, the 450 points were not added.
