Why isn't the point rewards working... I'm not able to earn any point... And haven't been for a few months now....

@PatriciaC390876 It doesn't look like you've opted in to the AARP Rewards program yet. 

To sign up for AARP Rewards:

  1. Go to aarp.org/rewards.
  2. Scroll down.
  3. Click the button that says Get Started with AARP Rewards.
  4. Log in to your AARP online account.
