Earned Activities Start Time
What is considered the start time for earning points? I tried to tonight at 9pm PST and it said I maxed out for the day, although I did earn 75 points even though it said I maxed out. However, when the system started again, I was earning points but it was around 5:30 or 6:00 pm PST. On the west coast 9pm would be considered a new day. Thanks in advance for your answer.

Good morning, coolmaine!
Update: it appears someone/something is reading posts because my Dashboard shows the phantom points I "earned" have been adjusted DOWN...
Still showing maxed out, so apparently it/they skipped that part of all of our posts.
Perhaps AARP IT has been converted to AARP AI IT? just sayin'...

Brandon, I sent a message early 21-Jan asking that someone just post something responsible and informative so we could all stop wasting our time checking to see if y'all have actually recognized and acknowledged your issues.
That, apparently, is lost in the multitude of other messages to be ignored.
I will NOT send another message especially with personal information you already have in my account file.
The responses to our pleas for returning our Rewards program to the pre-update status indicate no one really cares; just like certain industries we're ignored and issues denied.
Please, please, please won't someone at AARP recognize there is no shame in admitting issues as long as someone works to fix them?

The thing is very confused! Most of my earned points this morning were stamped as of 01.20 instead of 21. (though it gave me the maximum yesterday and again this morning for today.)
The sweepstakes do not add up; telling me I have 10 entries instead of 20.
Worse it won't let me play the petsmart instant win saying I already played (true, yesterday!). I could play the Home depot today, but then I had missed it yesterday.
All is very odd.

Hello @coolmaine,
Thanks for posting about the START TIME FOR EARNING POINTS.
Since the Maintenance was scheduled for completion at noon. Maybe the new Start time is after 12 pm (noon) before a new day starts.

AARP a new day starts 12 am.
@AARPBriana please assist with fixing the start time.
Have a Blessed Day,
Marylin

Same issue here. I am in Hawaii and I always start at 7PM (12AM EST) to get points for the day. However today, it is still saying I have already gotten my points for the day and already run the daily videos. It is 10PM (3AM EST) and still saying that.
Also, earlier today once the rewards came back online, there were no instant wins available. After a while, there were 3 and then later this evening a Home Depot instant win got added. I was able to play those along with sweepstakes and run videos to get my daily points, but as noted by others, the clock did not reset at 12AM EST as it usually does.
Final thing, for some reason my dashboard shows total savings as $0. Previously it was something like $1000. My wifes also shows $0. We share one membership number.
Unfortunately, it looks like the typical rough start to a rewards program update. I think that team needs some better leadership direction and sandbox build/test experience or tools.

Aloha, jd and wife!
Unfortunately, here in PT at 00:16 21-Jan, AARP systems still showing maxed out, so we're all probably stuck not earning points until sometime "normal" business hours ET when hopefully someone will show up in AARP IT and restart relevant systems.
btw, many, many, many times over the years several of us have suggested co-lo, sandbox, test volunteer groups, etc. (you know, everything most professional IT groups utilize...) alas, to no avail.

Hi, coolmaine! Thanks for posting this! 💐
You are absolutely correct; something wrong with the system clocks; also PT here and chatted with daughter and she's seeing the same issue.
Also, not sure what happened with scoring earlier but check this out:
All of these are incorrect, except "SAVINGS". Not sure how I earned 46,440 in less than 1/2 day 😉 but I'll take those. And also not sure how I redeemed 76 as I only entered 4 sweeps with daily allowance of 10 each (40 total redemptions)...
Guess we'll have to play wait and see, AGAIN...
