Earn points

I'm able to redeem points, but haven't been able to earn more points. When I try to earn points, it seems unable to connect. This just started 2 days ago. Any suggestions?

I have an android. Someone suggested turning off phone for 10 minutes.  You can also just try restarting the phone

Hi @MargaretD234332  What is the activity you were doing to earn… a quiz, video, or game?

     With the videos lately I’ve noticed they’ve been spinning in a buffering type of situation.  With those I just keep hitting the play button on the video’s task bar and it then engages.

if that’s not what’s going on for you and you can’t earn, hopefully a moderator will be here in a few days during the week.  Or you can try calling AARP during the week.  Sorry that’s happening.
