Connecting my Fitbit Versa with Rewards

I am unable to connect mt FitBit or MyFitnessPal with the AARP Rewards program. I tried and it said there was a problem. Now every time I go to the page to connect/sync with a device, I get this message:

An error occurred. Please refresh the page to try again.

It will not give me any options to find a device or even try again. Just this error message, and no other options.
