Cancel Membership Refund Prorated?

I joined AARP for the Rewards Gift Cards. With all of the ISSUES I have experienced on this site in 2025 (missing gift card redemptions, shifting screens, activities that don't credit points, customer service who can do nothing but "ESCALATE" my problem, constant 'maintenance' of the rewards pages, having to CONSTANTLY login - sometimes as much as 6 times in a day, pages that are difficult to navigate, etc.) I am considering cancelling my membership. Since I paid for a 5 year membership, will I receive a refund on the years and months that remain on my membership? I think there are A LOT of us considering this as the AARP site is no longer serving our needs.
