AARP Eye Center
AARP:
- I attempted to do 12 weekly videos which appeared a day later because AARP has not been able to synchronize activities to actual date
- 4 videos went immediately to "5 things to know", which of course shows the wild fires; no badge for points.
-Concerning the other 8, 2 were just a black rectangle, but they had a point badge and gave me points.
- 12 videos. 6 fails! All in one weekly section. It's quite an achievement, AARP. Even incompetence and shoddiness cannot achieve such an appalling result; it must be by design!
- By the way why did you change the video format? Even without all those mistakes, the change is not better at all; it is even a bit worse: harder to see, unpleasant, a pure AARP improvement!
- And the beat goes on! I went to the wealth section and out of the 4 videos I ran, 2 showed only a black rectangle; they gave me points which was what I wanted; but it was hardly educational. AARP, you must be mighty proud of yourself!
I found these activities that ERRONEOUSLY point to the 5 Things to Know About Wildfire Dangers video and I have gone thru a quarter of all the activities!:

Simply put, this is because either the website programmers are incompetent or their managers/management are IDIOTS or maybe they enjoy making their members do their job for them!
At this point it seems intentional. Maybe the rewards program is failing and rather than just getting rid of it they are trying to make it difficult and then point the finger at us, the users. They've broken the links, which certainly they are aware of.
This AARP site is universally known as the absolute WORST web site ever! Cut your losses and start over. I am not going to do your website troubleshooting (and your job) for you! For one thing, the errors and mis-directs are to numerous to keep listing here! I've looked at the HTML and it is pure JUNK!
