Hello!

So we have confirmed our winter trip and we are headed off to Europe for 4 months of pet sitting!

We are looking to book 75% of our time pet sitting and the rest of the time exploring what Europe has to offer!

We are always open to recommendations of places to see.

We leave in October and I'll be posting our travels on our SitStayTrips Facebook page and Instagram page.

I hope you'll follow us on this adventure and we'd love to hear about experience in Europe!

And oh btw, AARP featured is with other pet sitters about being a traveling pet sitter!

My husband and I just finished a 3 month road trip. We pet sit around the USA and Europe. We started in our hometown of Asheville NC and drove to southern California and back and had pet sits along the way. It's a great way to travel and really cuts down on expenses. In 4 weeks we head to Austin TX for a 3 week pet sit. We love Austin!

Favorite location to pet sit? We have some favorite pet sits we like to go back to, this one in Austin is at the top of our list. We tend to head to the West and Southwest. We were in southern California for a great pet sit with an incredibly good dog and fell in love with the area. Seattle is somewhere we're always looking to get back to. Europe again is on our radar.

No destinations on the horizon. We like to spend summers at home in the mountains.

No we have an SUV that we outfitted so we can car camp if we wish. In between sits we either use hotel points for a hotel or go to a campground. In some instances we've been known to use a rest area 😊

Well my daughter had a Mass Layoff

in Florida on 4/11/24 at her Engineering Company. I went ahead and RENEWED my lease here in Cave Spring, Virginia. HAPPY about staying in Virginia  💃💃💃

Now to see IF she returns to Virginia or stays in Florida.
