internet prices for seniors

 The internet provider I have is ending the promotion progam I am under at the time and will probably raise the rate after September 25. Are there any internet deals for seniors? Xfinity is the provider I have right now but I don't know what they are going the rate to after the promotion period ends on Sept. 25. Thank you. Mike

Almost everything is negotiable.  And never hurts to ask.  

if the person you speak with can’t give you the discount,  you can always try to ask for a person up the chain who can, asking politely for that person, usually a supervisor.  

Also letting them know you’d hate to end the relationship you’ve built up with them, but will walk and find another company that will, if they can’t work with you on a discount.  

When one promo ends, you can try for a new one.  Sometimes you’ll be successful, sometimes not, but almost always people will work something out.  Good luck!

📎  [9/7/25] Michelle @MichelleC103656 & Michael @MichaelF331740 , you may want to check with your LOCAL Office Of Aging. My local LOA here in Virginia has a "list". Way TOO MANY "games & rip offs" when it comes to Internet Service. At age 67, I use my very old Android Cell & visit the library down the hill when I need to "print". But SOME oldsters NEED "alot" of internet & if that is the case, BE CAREFUL. Nicole!
