computer based software for logging and tracking daily care given tasks for a CP type child.

My child is a CMV baby and requires 24/7 care.  He is 15 now and requires everything to be done for him. I have looked everywhere for a computer program that will help me track daily task, like diaper changes, medicines', reminders and so on. Everything I find is for a caregiving company. Is there nothing for a single home caregiver for a single child.
