SEARCHING FOR: Assisted Living For Disabled Younger Adult

This is a person I know and would like to see if there are any options for an alternative care facility than with a bunch of old and older people - sorry, fellow seniors.

30 years old, disabled since birth, high ADL due to physical disabilities, some mental disability but can play games, converse, make request, self pay, not a Veteran nor access to this type of benefit.

I have looked at some group homes but they are either for younger kids or disability/illness specific.

Is there even such a thing? Or an agency that would know about them?
