Much older spouse

Im married to a 93 yr old. He is vision limited n has had several surgeries within our 51 yrs of marriage. I’m much younger at 71 n feel overwhelmed with picking up after him n giving him constant consul as to not serve milk to a glass or keeping an eye at his toilet.  Need reliable help n can pay. How to I go about getting a medical person to help give me my life back
