Life Alert? Apple Watch? for me, the caregiver

My wife has dementia and I cannot depend on her to dial 911 or speed dial someone to come and help me. I want to learn which item to get. An apple watch? I need it to notice that I'm in distress and call for help.

[Friday 3/14/25] Hi Rosemary @RosemaryW606880  , this Caregiving Forum NO longer has alot of activity. But the AARP Facebook Caregiving Group is VERY ACTIVE!!!  ‌👍

AARP CAREGIVING FACEBOOK GROUP INFORMATION AARP Expert Amy @agoyer had posted. NO pressure to stop by her group. Take care, Nicole  👵

Lots of questions and a lot of almost immediate responses will come your way! I moderate the group and @JaneCares helps too with admin duties as well as an AARP colleague, Jen. So between us and the 21,000 family caregivers you get lots of quick responses - it's a nice complement to this online community! Hope to see you there ‌🙂

Take care,
