unable to redeem points

still no reply from aarp with the "escalation" of my inquiry as to why I can redeem points as a new member but cannot redeem.  Might be time to quit.

I was unable to redeem for 122 days.  My case was "escalated" 3 times and I was told it was resolved twice (it wasn't).  Good luck.

Just out of curiosity @Wheresthebeef did they ever explain why this happened?

It may be they think people will give up.  For a professional organization, the response is definitely not that.  I’m finding that surprising.  I’m hoping they prove me wrong, but so far it’s alarming the way it’s being handled, based on the accounts I see here.
