consumer cellular doesn't prorate charges .

they changed the rules and didn't notify users cost me 57.27 for 2 days use. Never sent notification about change from sign up policy.

So that’s odd you didn’t get notified.  I’ll get change of terms all the time on a slew of things.   No text or email about terms of service change. Nothing that came as a little pamphlet included in your bill dated as the date the change takes place?  Very odd.
